Roger Solé is a member of our board of directors. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Univision Communications, the leading Spanish-language media and content company in the United States.
Before joining Univision in 2022, Roger spent two years as CMO at WeWork. Before that, from 2015 to 2020, he was CMO at Sprint, the leading American telecommunications company (now part of T-Mobile). Between 2009 and 2015, he was CMO at TIM Brasil, a Brazilian telecommunications company. Between 2002 and 2008, Roger served as Managing Director of Internet and Value Added Services, and as Marketing Director, with Vivo, the Brazilian joint venture between Telefónica and Portugal Telecom.
Prior to joining Vivo, Roger was a management consultant at DiamondCluster (now part of Oliver Wyman), mainly involved in mobile start-ups and turnarounds in Europe and Latin America. Roger was named one of the world’s most innovative CMOs by Business Insider in 2016 and 2017. He currently sits on the board of Oi, the leading telecommunication company in Brazil.
Roger holds a BA and MBA in Business Administration from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona.
