Víctor Velázquez is our Chief People & Development Officer and has led the People organization since joining Clip in 2018.
Prior to joining Clip, Víctor worked for 15 years at Procter & Gamble, holding HR leadership positions in Mexico, Venezuela, Panama, Colombia and Singapore.
